从新形势下高校辅导员工作实践的角度出发,认为高校辅导员在为学生服务、为学校办学目标服务的过程中,要对自己在高等教育环节中的角色进行重新定位。高校辅导员处于教育和管理学生的一线位置,必须坚持以学生为本,树立以培养学生创新精神为核心的人才标准观,因时因地地进行创造性的教育和管理,从而培养出新世纪的高等人才。

In view of the current working practice,the collegiate counselors should reposition their role in higher education while they are serving the students and contributing to the fulfillment of the teaching goals.Being in the forefront of educating and managing the students,the counselors must develop an appropriate conception on talents which is student-oriented and focuses on fostering students' originality,educate and administrate them creatively in accordance with the specific time and place,thus training senior intellectuals for the new century.
